Cars Held Hostage
The “Cars Held Hostage” project was established in order to help close missing persons cases by dredging canals and waterways for vehicles.
The project has been met with enthusiasm by public officials and law enforcement, and has resulted in the recovery of the bodies of missing persons.

The “Cars Held Hostage” project is dedicated to the memory of Mathew Craig Stirling.

At age 18 yrs old, Matt went missing from Weston, Florida.
He was later found in May 2006, in his truck at the bottom of the canal.
