I know this man personally and I would trust him with any of my kids. His court appointed lawyer was the biggest joke there ever was. Here is a little clipping about Willis’ court appointed lawyer.
“Only once in its history has the Elections Commission imposed a higher fine. That came in an uncontested case against V. Ted Brabham, a Texas lawyer convicted of bribery and other charges associated with an attempt to fix a state attorney’s election in West Palm Beach. That fine, imposed in 1999, was $466,500.
Brabham spent five months in jail after a bribery conviction, gave up his license to practice law and did not challenge the Elections Commission charges.” This is Willis’ court appointed attorney. Willis should have a new trial and I pray to God a good attorney would see this and go to bat for Willis. Willis never had a trial. What kind of lawyer in there right mind would not put a defense on for a client who was facing a HUNDRED YEAR MANDATORY SENTENCE?Ted Brabham “Mr Righteous”. All he did was take Willis’ money and did absolutely nothing for him.Why did Willis spend 15 years without any type of appeal. The state got what they wanted they threw Willis in prison and forgot about him. Please pass this around in hopes that the right attorney will see this and let Willis get a Fair Trial!
